Flik Flak is a new Tik Tok agency in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. They’re creating hyper creative Tik Tok-first content and ads to reach their Gen Z targets.
Having launched in December of 2022, Flik Flak was in need of a creative lead to drive their growth. They needed someone with a strong strategic vision alongside a creative mind to deliver high quality campaigns for their growing client base. Hiring Dutch-native marketing professionals in Amsterdam is no easy task, so they turned to the experts.
Flik Flak reached out to Moonshot for consultation. We identified the key requirements in the role and set about drawing up a ‘star profile’. Once clear, we started mapping the market and highlighting individuals that could fit the bill. Then, the headhunting began. Reaching out and engaging with our highlighted candidates was a great success, and soon we had the ideal match ready and raring to go.
