About Indexa Capital

Indexa combines an investment management service (investment funds portfolios and index pension plans portfolios and Voluntary Social Benefit Entities) with a customized financial planning service.

The challenge:

Indexa Capital wanted to launch a new office in France, and needed a CFO to be the first boots on the ground there. This person would handle all finance and regulatory compliance for their newly launched services on the French market.

What happened?

After searching for 6 months with no success, Indexa Capital reached out to the Moonshot team. We discussed their needs, dove into their culture, and developed a game plan. We were against the clock, but in just 6 days of sourcing we had delivered Indexa Capital's star candidate. 4 weeks and several interview stages later, and their new CFO had her contract signed and was ready to start!
