Labelnone is a performance marketing agency that provides white label marketers to European digital marketing agencies. They were founded in Valencia, Spain in October 2022 by a group of Dutch entrepreneurs with a strong history of launching and scaling successful businesses in both Spain and the Netherlands.
Labelnone was full steam ahead from the word go. However, with the founding team each involved in other fast-growing projects and unable to be 100% dedicated to Labelnone 24/7, the need for a Managing Director arose. The goal was to find someone with experience launching, scaling and leading a company who could join the team in their office in Valencia and take over the day-to-day running of the start-up. They needed a die-hard entrepreneur. To make things more complicated, this person had to speak native Dutch and relocate to Spain.
Labelnone approached us to find this entrepreneur. We set about networking with people from different backgrounds and experience levels, getting a feel for the market and quickly narrowing down our search to create a picture of our ideal candidate. Aided by an efficient interview process across both Moonshot and Labelnone, within 6 weeks we had successfully fulfilled the role.
